Hope you all had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend. It's Chloe's 9th birthday today but unfortunately she isn't at home because she has gone away on her Brownie pack holiday. It does feel really strange not to have her at home on her birthday but I am sure she is having a wonderful time with all her Brownie friends. She is coming home on Thursday so we are going to celebrate her birthday then and like she says she will have 2 birthdays (and cakes) this year!
This card is for the Friday Sketchers challenge. I really like this sketch and will definitely use it again.

What a shame your dd is away, bet you'll miss her lots but you can have a good celebration when she gets back. My baby boy is nine next week - doesn't time fly!! xx
Hi Lisa, love your soft colours here, very preretty. Know what you mean about your daughter and how you must be missing her, but take comfort in the fact that she's probably having a whale of a time and still has celebrations with you to look forward to.
