Good afternoon
Just a quick post because I need to get something sorted for tea early tonight because Chloe is going to try out Guides tonight. She doesn't really want to leave Brownies but she is going to be 11 in May so it's time for her to move on. She is a little bit nervous but i'm sure she will be fine once she gets there.
It's my Uncle's 65th birthday on Saturday so I made him a card using one of the cute squares from Lili of the Valley. I have bought a few packs of these because they are perfect when you want to make a quick card or don't feel like colouring. I actually added a little bit of colour to the leaves and grass :-)
This image is from the Vintage Boys pack and is called 'Lazy afternoon'. I teamed it up with some Dovecraft 'Masculine' papers. I finished it off with a Craftwork Cards die cut sentiment, a die cut corner and a couple of eyelets.

Lisa, Iam really liking this card. As with most of us, i find it hard to go masculine but this is just perfect. The papers are just fab.
Just read you comment about the LOTV image and the papers! That is very spooky, i have had that pad for a long time and its been on the bottom of the pile and forgotten about! I actually forgot that there is some nice papers in it. Great minds must think alike!
