Fridays is normally one of the days I work but I decided to take today off as annual leave and I am so glad I did because the weather is gorgeous here today. The sun is shining and the birds are singing ~ what more could a girl ask for lol!

Anyway after I had been to Tescos, done the washing and had a quick tidy up I decided to have a little play with my new Popcorn stamps. The new stamps are smaller than the previous ones and an ideal size for 6 x 6 cards. I couldn't decide which stamp to use because they are all so cute but in the end I couldn't resist this sweet little baby bear.
It is the first time I have ever stamped the sentiment onto the backing paper and to say I was a little nervous is a understatement. I must have practised about 10 times on a scrap piece of paper but I eventually plucked up courage and I am so pleased I did because it stamped perfectly.

How gorgeous. I love Popcorn but they are just too big normally. This is such a sweet card and you were brave with the sentiment but it looks great. Enjoy the BBQ. Marianne x

Hi Lisa, This is so lovely.
Don't be worried about stamping straight onto the card, after all if you make a mess of it, just stamp it on a seperate bit, matt it up and pop over the top..

It's a really lovely card Lisa, and yes I think the flowers definitely add to it. I don't know, I find it hard to make a card nowadays without adding flowers......to me it just looks bare without them.

Your Popcorn Bear card is just so adorable! And I do think the flowers added the perfect touch. Lovely soft blues on this creation and the touch of off white flowers really makes it come to life!
