SCSC # 16

Hello

It has been raining all day here today so I have managed to make 2 challenge cards. I am entering this card for the SCSC where the theme is 1,2,3 ~ (1 image, 2 papers and 3 embellishments). I have used my new papers which I bought today ~ don't know how I managed to cut them as they are so lovely. Tilda has been coloured with Promakers.

I better go as now taking the children for their swimming lesson.

PBSC #33 & Charisma Cardz #3

I am entering this card for 2 challenges ~ PBSC "FRAME IT" and Charisma Cardz "LOVE". The image has been coloured with Promarkers. I cut the frame by hand using scalloped scissors and a craft knife (don't think I will be doing that again any time soon as it took ages lol!

Good Evening

Here is my card for this week's BasicGrey Challenge.
It is a special challenge this week as you have to use one (or all even if you want to) of the illustrations which have been designed by Kim (see BasicGrey Challenge blog for details).



BP = BG Wassail

Ribbon = Dovecraft

I think these images are meant for Valentine's cards but I decided to use the girl image to make a birthday card for my cousin's daughter. She is going to be 14 and I thought this image would be great for a teenager. Hope she likes it.

I am now off to sort out the children's school uniform as I am at work tomorrow so trying to be organized for once!

Good Afternoon

Just a quick visit as I am now leaving to collect the children from school but thought I would upload my challenge card first.



Here is my entry for the PBSC where the theme is dotty and SCSC where they want to see hearts. I am going to give this to Chris for Valentine's Day so hope he likes it! I have added 3D gloss to the rose. Not sure of the name of this Penny Black stamp as it is another image I received from a crafting buddy. Papers are magazine freebies.

Good Morning

I had a lovely night out with the girls from work. It was sad to see Tracy go as I have worked with her for the last 8½ years and she is lovely. However, she started her new job this week and loves it so I am really pleased for her. The only problem was the weather as it was -3 and foggy and I had to drive the 20 mile journey home.

2 Challenge Cards

Hello

I have made 2 challenge cards this afternoon. My first card is for the Basic Grey Challenge which was a sketch challenge. This is the first time I have taken part in this challenge because until a few days ago I didn't have any Basic Grey products. However, after seeing so many lovely cards made with the Wassail papers I decided to buy some with my Christmas money. I am also entering this card for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge which is to use something you got for Christmas or something you bought yourself over the holidays.



B/P = Basic Grey Wassail
Image = Summer Tilda with bow (I coloured her arms brown so it looks like she is wearing a jumper under her top).
Flowers = X-Cut punches with a gem added.
Organza ribbon = Wilkinsons

My second card covers 4 challenges.
1) I followed the sketch on Sketch Saturday.
2) The Penny Black Saturday Challenge is "embossing and I have embossed the corners with the Cuttlebug.
3) Anything Goes at Lili of the Valley.
4) Charisma Cardz is a new challenge and their first challenge is the theme pink.
